You answer about fifty questions derived from the AI Compass instruments — the same vocabulary, checkpoints and maturity ladder an engagement uses. The result is computed in your browser and rendered as a page you can save as PDF. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere: no account, no cookies, no storage. If you want to send the result to yourself or ask for a conversation, that is a separate step at the end, and it is yours to take.
The result is an indication derived from your own answers. It is not an assessment by ValiCore ADVISORS and not a statement of compliance. Roles are named by function, never by person.
Context and applicability draws on the ValiCore regulatory cross-walk (EU GMP Annex 11, draft Annex 22, 21 CFR Part 11, NIS2, EU AI Act as amended). The AI-already-running and roles blocks derive from the Existing-AI Assessment and the governance operating model. The twelve checkpoints are scored on the M0–M4 ladder of the Maturity Assessment Rubric and rolled up to six dimensions and a stage, exactly as the Compass Cockpit does. IT condition and data integrity derive from the supplier-audit checklists, the Client Qualification Pack and PIC/S PI 041-1. Every result sentence is traceable to a question and a source; no free text is interpreted and no model is involved.
